Kelowna Infiniti Nissan is looking for a motivated Automotive Detailer to join our team.
This role may also be a great fit for someone with experience in car wash, vehicle preparation, or lot attendant. It can also be a strong entry-level opportunity in the automotive industry for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in producing high-quality results.
What You'll Do
• Clean and detail new, pre-owned, and serviced vehicles
• Perform interior and exterior vehicle detailing
• Prepare vehicles for showroom display and customer delivery
• Move vehicles between dealership lots when required
• Maintain detailing equipment and supplies
• Help keep the dealership lot clean and organized
What We're Looking For
• 1 to 2 years of detailing experience preferred
• Dealership experience is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
• Comfortable with physical work indoors and outdoors
• Valid driver's license with clean driver's abstract
• Manual transmission experience is an asset
Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is motivated and eager to learn.

Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to manufacturer and dealership standards
Perform thorough inspections with accurate documentation and measurements
Identify issues, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively with Service Advisors
Complete warranty and customer-pay work efficiently within scheduled timelines
Perform out-of-province and safety inspections
Complete PDI processes and ensure vehicles are delivery-ready
Collaborate with the service and parts teams to ensure efficient workflow
Support fellow technicians to maintain overall shop productivity
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Red Seal Automotive Technician Certification (required)
Minimum 3 years experience as an Automotive Technician
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Experience with computer-based diagnostic tools and systems
Valid driver's license with a clean abstract
Ability to drive manual transmission
Own tools required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Rotating Saturdays required
