We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our Kelowna INFINITI Nissan team. If you have a competitive spirit, a passion for connecting with people, and a drive to exceed goals, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by guiding clients through our proven sales process.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, while actively growing our Nissan and INFINITI brand presence.
- Stay ahead of market trends and product knowledge to better serve your clients.
- Collaborate with the management team and your peers to generate new ideas and sales opportunities.
- Help foster a positive, engaging, and fun work environment by showing up every day with a great attitude.

Your Background:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record in a commission-based environment
- Automotive or related industry knowledge is a bonus!
- CDK/One-Eighty/Xtime experience is an asset
- VSA licensing is an asset (or a willingness to obtain)
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and achieving success
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and a willingness to continuously learn and grow
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday – Saturday with one weekday and Sunday off. Dealership hours are 8:30 am – 6:00 pm (closed on Sundays and statutory holidays).
